Because I suffer from a number of medical conditions, I was hoping that using a treadmill would benefit my health. It was quick to install, easy to use, and very easy to use. It comes with 64 preset programs and can be connected to Fitshow, and comes with detailed instructions that work well. The speed can be adjusted with a button, which is very convenient.
